1. Booking and Payment
Reserving Your Room: Use a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods to book.
Payment: Pay in full when you check in.
Rates: Room prices may change, but your confirmed booking rate is guaranteed.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In starts at 12:00 PM. Early check-in is available if rooms are ready, but there may be an extra charge.
Check-Out by 11:00 AM. If you need a bit more time, let us know. Late check-out may be possible for an additional fee.
ID Required: Please show a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or government ID) at check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your check-in time at no charge.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, you’ll be charged for one night.
No-Show: If you don’t show up for your reservation, you’ll be charged for the full amount of your booking.

4. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made according to our cancellation policy.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Take Care: You’re responsible for any damage you cause.
No Smoking Inside: Please smoke outside. We’ll charge a cleaning fee if you smoke indoors.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless we’ve made special arrangements.
Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
